California-based car company Fisker Automotive debuted a production version of its plug-in Fisker Karma today. The start-up firm is vowing to sell 15,000 of the sporty luxury hybrids.

For Scavenger hunt 101 - #92 Something Clean. Thought it would be good to have the same item in the dirty and clean categories, so I used my Trailblazer so I could justify a long overdue washing of it!

This is our Honda Civic Hybrid that we purchased in 2006 to do our
part in cleaning up the air. We love this car and it's often 50mpg,
it's auto stop to the engine when we are stopped, engine assist
braking--we have the technology--let's expand it into the Sierra Club
and Obama's committment to a clean and vibrant energy efficient
future.

My daughter and I bought a hybrid 2 years ago (she is 6 now). She is very proud that we have a hybrid and tells her friends that it is a "spy car" as she was into the movie "Spy Kids" when we bought it. We traded in our luxury Toyota Landcruiser and have all the same features in our Ford Escape. Our car has gone up in value per the state.
I am sending the picture of us on the day we got the car vs keys as I thought it would help support that kids as little as Joci are proud to help have clean air!
