Chef Ming Tsai's second dish he prepared: Quinoa and Tomato Soup
Cooking demonstration by Macy’s Culinary Council Chef Ming Tsai at the Macy's 4th floor at Ala Moana Shopping Center. He prepared three recipes from his new cookbook, Simply Ming in Your Kitchen, 80 Recipes to Watch, Learn, Cook & Enjoy.
He was on hand at the end of the cooking demo to autograph copies of his latest cookbook

it was a hard battle. the chefs were judged on flavor country, originality of vision, and presentation.
chris took the flavor country category, but jenny wins overall, 190.5 to 184.
