Here is the Grand Rapids famous Oliver Hale, AKA "Chef O". I had no idea who he was until I asked to take his photo. Chef 0, now retired, once had a tv cooking show dedicated to showing people how to cook and eat healthy. He still travels and speaks at events focusing on healthy life styles.

My first attempt at pizza making... taken during the "Secrets to Italian Cuisine with Chef Eric" course offered by UBC Continuing Studies, February 2007... molto bene!
