Houston's finest chefs are volunteering their time on a monthly basis to teach fourth graders to cook as a part of the Chefs in School initiative launched by Recipe For Success Foundation, which is dedicated to combatting childhood obesity by introducing children to their food from seed to plate. www.recipe4success.org
This is a photo of Sous Chef Robert at 4am fishing. These were during the days when I was working in the Central coast and all we had was fishing to let go of all the stress we had.

it was a hard battle. the chefs were judged on flavor country, originality of vision, and presentation.
chris took the flavor country category, but jenny wins overall, 190.5 to 184.
