Cheap plastic Poundland Alien (though he was actually 50p as they are 2 for £1)
At that price I could have a garden full of aliens!
A cheap build I'm working on for my model railroad. Core is 1/4" plywood scrap from the garage with a bunch of styrene strip and sheet added. I'm going to try and build all the window frames from scratch...we'll see how that goes.
cheap mother of the bride dresses a amount of many years ago, right after the wedding, people bridal outfits experienced for being positioned somewhere. In fact, the basic apparel may be donned for other types of activities like a special birthday party, interpersonal gathering and family members dinner. getting basic does not suggest which you must possess the same. You can display away your alluring and make your design statement, for outfits may possibly be simple, but they are able to supply an impression start looking that they are costlier than they genuinely have. For example, no waist? You can pick people empire waist gowns having a tiny beading or perhaps a belt.

Taken with my homemade ring flash. Made from cereal and pizza boxes + a garbage bag and aluminum foil. Looks ridiculous but takes great pictures.

I had meant to post this image last week in celebration of the start of Major League Baseball's 2013 Spring Training. The return of baseball always excited me, because for one I love the game, but its also serves as one of the first signs that spring is near.
Bonus image in the comment section below made on the same spring night last season, two exposures later. I really like the composition of the image, but something seems off about it. There seems to be a hazy fog to the air which wasn't present the night I tripped the shutter. My best guess is the two minute long exposure allowed the stadium's floodlights to do devilish things to my scene. I wanted to share it though, because I've been listening to the new Pdexposure podcast about film photography, and in episode two they discuss famous photographers contact sheets and their curiosity of the images made directly before and after their most famous photographs. How they tell a deeper story of a photograph, offering a glimpse into the mind of the photographer and what they where thinking right before/after they created their famous pieces of work. This notion has got me looking back through my negatives to see what sort of story my rolls of film divulge.
A cheap BJD from Ali Express but they are a very cute doll!
(I say they because they were supposed to be a boy doll but they kinda has boobs...)
(Also I'm reflected in the eyeballs)
Awwww, look at the poor little guy! He's rubber, he gloes in the dark, and he came in a sarcophagus filled with slime! All of the slime is long gone, which actually might be for the better. I got this little fellow at a county fair in the summer of 2000. And I like him. he's just so... sadhappy.
It must be election time - I've noticed gas prices fall in direct correlation with republican poll numbers.

144/365 - When you get up in the morning and the light hurtsyour head
The first thing you do when you get up out of bed
Is hit that street a-runnin' and try to meet the masses
And go get yourself some cheap sunglasses.

What to do when the Air Show comes around. Save some money, sit in the garden, and watch it all go 'over your head'.
Baltimore Civic Center, June 1979
I was not a groupie. I was just a little girl who really liked music. My girlfriend and I drove to the Civic Center (OK, so we were 17; what's your point?), where Cheap Trick were opening for UFO and Rush. (Rush. Blech!) While Rush played, we were the only people at the backstage door. (I don't even know how we could find it.)
Rick was my pen pal. He saw my Pen Pal ad in the back of Rock Scene magazine and sent me a post card. (That's where us crazy music people got pen pals; it was sort of like My Space without the technology.)
In the top picture, Robin is signing the autograph you see on the right. "I love you." Ha.
Rick had it right. I was their #1 Fan, but not only in Baltimore.
Bokeh Thursday: What goes Up, Must come Down, Gravity...
Damn My weeks theme and I nearly forgot! Ok tossed a pair of shades up into the apple tree at the bottom of my garden and caught them as they fell... took a few frames! :-) While I do some PP I am now listening to a great little three piece from Texas who did a wonderful track about these things-
"Now go out and get yourself some big black frames
With the glass so dark they won't even know your name
And the choice is up to you cause they come in two classes:
Rhinestone shades or cheap sunglasses"

These really are cheap too, I cant remember whether they were £1 or £3... good shades they are too, made from CR39 the same acrylic coating the NASA astronauts have on their visors I am led to believe!
