One more of the Tammy in orangey goodness. More orangey than a Terry's Chocolate Orange, because they are in fact brown.
Here is a lariat I created using a pattern from Kelly Wises' book Beaded Allure. I made it very long and added extra fringe then the pattern called for - for more bling. The pattern was very fun - with a delicate chain pattern that when satisfyingly quick.

The way you move is meant to haunt me.
The way you move to tempt and taunt me.
I know you knew on the day you were born,
I know somehow I should've been warned.
I know I walk every midnight to dawn in chains.
In chains, I'm in chains.
In chains. I'm in chains.
You've got me dying for you, it's you that I'm living through.
You've got me praying to you, saying to you anything you want me to.
I know I crumble when you are around, start to mumble a bit of a false sound.
Straggle, stumble, shackled and bound in chains.
SOOC, minus the cropping.

25.75” Chain Pickerel which weighed 3.247 lbs caught on 5/11/19 in Loch Raven Reservoir
Angler Eric Packard fished St Marys Lake for largemouth bass on 4/10. Catching 11 largemouth bass, three pickerel, and three bluegill. Catching the majority of the fish on the upper end of the lake. Catching in 4-7 foot of water, off shore. Casting jerk baits, wacky rigs, spinner baits, crankbaits, 1/4 jig with an 4” Keitech swimbait and ned rig. Majority of fish were caught on a gold colored 1/4 oz Perch Hounder spinner bait. With the exception of a few large largemouth bass (big estimated weight 3.5 lb to 4 lb) that were caught on a Rapala Ott’s Garage OG 06 slim crankbait in a stump field. Two of the pickerel were caught on a Yo-Zuri 3DR-X 80SP (suspending) jerkbait. My biggest was 25”, it slid itself over the gunnel after measuring it and I was reaching for my phone to photograph it. I believe, well I know it smiled at me (maybe winked too) as it slipped away.
Years and years of salt water, sun, fog, cold and just plain weather have rusted these chains. Yet, they still do their job and add a beautiful aged feel to the waterline.

When I first saw this basin twenty years ago it had been chained. Chaining was a common 20th Century method of range improvement. Two big bulldozers were connected by ship anchor chain. The bulldozers ran parallel, and the chain pulled out the weed trees. In this case after twenty years, sagebrush clearly benefited.
