Scringy with Hands in Chains in Target's Halloween Depart 2012. This Picture has been widely reproduced from the creative commons instagram version
Oha! Clients idea:
A skull (from T-Shirt) bounded with chains from the neck to the rips, but moving as if it will escape!
Had to draw the chain rings by hand on his skin. Because it's not possible to draw it exactly with inner and outer, i only drawed parts of the rings to fix the size. The rest (inner, outer, crossings) are tattooed free hand.
More than a week of frozen weather in Tennessee has brought us lots of photo opportunities we normally wouldn't have.

Aklınıza her sigara geldiğinde sigarayı aklınızdan bir an önce atmaya çalışın.Çevrenizdeki sigara bırakmış olanların nasıl bırakmanız gerektiği hakkındaki önerilerini dinleyin.

My entry for DoA triathlons 1st challenge: a wig made of unusual materials. I use jewellery pieces and chains intertwined with silk ribbons to make a sort of Egyptian cyber goddess. LOL

These "love padlocks" are affixed to the chain link fence at one of N Seoul Tower's observation decks. They are put there by sweethearts wishing to symbolize their everlasting love. While visitors are invited to do this, they are discouraged from throwing the padlock keys from the 777 ft. elevated platform.

We adopted Chester, a large black lab, just a year ago through Labs 4 Rescue in CT. Chester had spent 5 years chained in an automotive shop, with just a small piece of carpet on cement to lay on. He was rescued and with a foster family for almost 7 months. I cannot figure out why someone else did not adopt him, I guess he was just meant for us. Within days of bringing Chester home, he had an infection in his leg burst, so off to our first vet visit. Wrap the leg, antibiotics. A few days later, stung by multiple bees, dose with benadryl. Days later, a full blown epileptic siezure...race to the vet this time like maniacs. Full blood work and cannot determine cause. Leg healing okay, but then noticed a huge abcess in his mouth, back to the vet, where we were told we had to leave him to have it lanced, and Chester had to be anesthetized. I of course was in tears, but we were able to pick him up later that day. This is all within weeks....2 weeks on antibiotics for that, and still not better. Vet prescribes more...1 week later, I called and said, he just isn't getting better, and now we are off to a dentist. Chester has an embedded canine and he needs to put him under to xray and determine what is wrong. Surgery scheduled for following week. Days before surgery, Chester is bitten by another dog, and pierces his eyelid....gets infected immediately and back on antibiotics and ointment...But, dentist says we will proceed. While Chester was under, dentist calls and says, embedded tooth is not his problem, he has a badly broken upper chewing tooth, with pulp exposed and all infected and diseased. We said, what do we do? He said, pull it. We did, and later that day brought poor old wobbly Chester home. 2 months of having Chester and we must have seen the vet/vets 15 times. BUT, once the tooth was removed it's like he had a new leash on life ( pun intended )! He could clearly smell better, and walked down the road with his nose pointed straight up. Throughout everything, this poor guy must have been in such pain, and just felt so awful, and yet he is the most loving, affectionate, well behaved dog. He has brought so much love and joy to us and we would not have missed a moment we have had with him. I do really believe that he was meant to be ours, and we were meant to be his.
Our Daily Challenge - Chained
I took a few shots of bike chains and jewellery, but did not think this sum up the challenge so got out the trusty Lego people and chained them all together. It is handy that they have a hole in their legs.

This is an ANTIQUE Japanese Small Patterned Komon. Komon are informal kimono worn at home and about town. They are essentially the jeans and t-shirt combo of the kimono world. The smaller the pattern on a komon, the more casual it is. This one has a somewhat small pattern, so it's a less casual piece. This kimono likely originates in the Taisho (1912 - 1926) or Early Showa Period (1926 - 1989). Though it has been relined with modern white fabric. This komono features a pattern of blue wisteria chains over a purple background.
I have inspected this kimono in detail, and there is some damage, but most of it is minor. There a number of small white spots on the outside of the garment, but most of these are not noticeable. There are also some small faint marks on the lining. Overall, I would rate this kimono to be in good antique condition. I have circled the damages in the photos above. I believe this garment is 100% silk.
MEASUREMENTS:
145cm - Long (Collar to Hem)
126cm - Arm span
58cm - Width across the back
126cm - Total width of skirt
56cm - Sleeve drop
SIZING:
If you are unsure of how to interpret the kimono's size it is important to know that the length (collar - hem) should be approximately 10cm longer to 10cm shorter than the wearer's overall height (longer is better). This is because the excess length will be folded up at the waist. Meanwhile, the skirt should wrap around the hips a full 1.5 times. The armspan should also reach wrist to wrist on the wearer. In this case, the kimono will ideally fit a woman about 135cm (4'5") - 155cm (5'1") tall, with hips about 84cm (33") around. There is some give and take in these measurements though.
