painted with the LED light built into my cell phone. 30 second exposure with a lot of wiggly arm movements.
In Cell Block A was this cell for Jewish prisoners. It was about 10' x 15' where 60 mem were kept; they all had to stand to fit in the room. The slot in the wall by the door was the primary source of air. Further words escape me.
Terezin, Czech Republic. Used as a Jewish Concentration (not extermination) camp by the Gestapo in WW2. Ultimate fate of most was at Auschwitz.
This specific location was called the small fortress where prisoners were kept.
It was a sad place to visit and even when processing these images I felt very sad.
An excellent history of Terezin is given at:
Stockholm, Sweden.

I was out shooting photos of the dwindling snow when my wife called me. I don't think this is the way man is intended to contort his body...but is this what we will walk around looking like in 100 years?

This is a cell phone case I knit last year. I knitted a ton of these and I can't find the pictures but this one just turned up. I knitted it lengthwise in stockinette and at the edges where there are no beads, I purled for the texture. For the closures, I made an eyelet hole in the center and opposing that hole, I knitted at I cord for self closing. At the end of the I cord I placed a caribiner to attach it to your purse. Also, these beads are glow in the dark! There you go!
Waiting in line at Wendy's drive thru. The guy in the car behind me took a picture with his cell phone, too.
