The lake of Robertville of a 62 hectare surface and a capacity of 8.000.000 of m3, is situated in the natural reserve of Hautes-Fagnes-Eifel in 5 km in the North of Waimes. His(her,its) maximal depth is 54,5 meters.
On the spot, you can practise numerous activities there such as the peach(fishing), the mini-golf, the boating or the kayak, the bike, the tennis... You can also stop(arrest) to take advantage of the peace of the place and picnic in areas specially planned for that purpose. Besides, the lake is resumed(taken back) in the zones of bathing.
The dam of the lake of type(chap) " weight bends " dominate Warche in 55 meters. He(it) was created in 1928 to supply the city of Malmedy with drinking water and feed the power plant of Bévercé.
In 2010, the dam of Robertville is emptied to realize maintenance works.
