The calzone was stuffed with tapenade (black olive pate) tomatoes, mozarella and I can't remember what else!
One of laura's beef/pork sausage/pepperoni/salami calzones with ricotta cheese and mozzarella. Seasonings inside and outside, washed with olive oil to add more color to the end product. Tasty.
This one had some shredded mozzarella on the top as well.
I made her two, one for work and one for dinner beforehand. She got called in early so took both with her. Used store dough though Dan and I have made pizza dough before. :)

Made calzones last night -- homemade dough, too! This is right before I put it in the oven. Unfortunately, I had the oven on 500 by mistake (long story). Mine was saved in time, but Jesús' (which had an unapproved by me mix of toppings anyway so who knows how it would have turned out) was pretty black.
They're really tasty though. The recipe (for the dough) is Tyler Florence's.
Mine: "Large" Spinach Ricotta Calzone. To quote Maxwell Smart, "that's the second biggest calzone I've ever seen!" Also delicious!
