On my new pizza peel! (and stone, in the oven)

The calzones were extra good this year - a little oily, they glistened in the sun and soaked through any bag meant to contain them, but that's OK.

The ratio of ham to cheese to dough was pretty generous, more ham than in previous years. The price went up this year, but as long as there's more ham + ricotta I'm down with that.

Also, the Fried Oreos caught on big time this year, practically every stand had them - last year only a few stands did.

Sort of a sweet calzone, filled with fruits!

This was, quite possibly, the worst company lunch meeting in two years. The food was good, though. Yay, food.

Kenny and I made calzones. He made two and I made one. Can you identify who made which?

You're invited. It'll be ready in 20 minutes.

Homemade dough, deli pepperoni (cooked and crumbled), honey maple turkey, chopped tomato, wilted spinach, garlic, fresh mozzarella, shredded cheddar.

The "basic" is filled with scrambled eggs, parmagian, mozzarella and basil. If you upgrade, you have three further choices: 1. sausage, onion, and mushroom; 2. spinach and artichoke; 3. ham and bacon.

I usually ask for a mixture of 2 and 3, by getting spinach and bacon in mine.

I'm not sure what's in the one in this picture, since it wasn't my dish.

Con amor de mamá :)

PD: Porque no hay nada más rico, que las cosas que vienen del corazón. (o al menos eso creo)
