The plate arrived impressive - it was a LARGE calzone!
I love the fillings - prosciutto ham, spinach, tomato and soft gooey Mozzarella cheese - all very savoury, umami and moreish.
Mate and myself were afraid we would not finish this dish. In the end, our worries were unfounded - we did finish the dish easily.

I dag ved fredagscafeen bliver der innoveret. Kristian har skabt konceptet bag denne marshmallow-calzone, der er to skumfiduser på en pind svøbt i dej, der steges over sagte ild. Kunne også døbes spejder-kinderæg og markedsføres i USA som en laber lille størrelse, der kan bages i mikrobølgeovnen. Eller måske er det noget pizzeriaerne kan tage op, som en lille desserttingest? Der var også en der lavede den i inside-out-versionen (snobrød garneret med stegt skumfidus), men det bliver lidt klistret at håndtere.
Ham and cheese calzone From Yellow Cab Pizza Co. here in Manila. It looks pretty simple but tastes awesome.

My wife and I had supper at Tuscana NY Italian Restaurant. I had a ham and cheese Calzone. It was our first time eating at this newly opened restaurant.
