U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Buffalo District team members visited the Charter School for Applied Technologies today to assist the student with their projects in the New York State competition called Science Olympiad, Dec. 12, 2012.
Project areas focused on were structural engineering and map analysis. Corps team members will continue to support CSAT students until their competition in February 2012.
Sorry about the colouring in these photos. My camera's white balance wasn't set properly, and the weird lighting in the Lancaster gym turned all of the photos yellowish/red. I've ran some auto color adjustments to improve the photos, but what they really need is some tender loving attention that I don't have time for right now. Feel free to download them for yourself and adjust them at home. I'm hoping that the Lancaster "Red"-skins won't take their mascot so literally at the show next year!
