U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Buffalo District team members visited the Charter School for Applied Technologies today to assist the student with their projects in the New York State competition called Science Olympiad, Dec. 12, 2012.
Project areas focused on were structural engineering and map analysis. Corps team members will continue to support CSAT students until their competition in February 2012.

A csatkai búcsújárások egy Meizler Vilmos nevű vak ember 1792-ben történt csodálatos gyógyulását követően kezdődtek. A mai kápolna 1862-ben épült, az akai báró Fiáth Ferencné támogatásával. Látogatott kegyhely, misék magyar és német nyelven vannak, újabban cigány nyelven is hallgatható prédikáció.
Pilgrimage started after the wonderful recovery of a blind named Vilmos Meizler in 1792. The chapel built with financial support from baroness Fiath. It is a popular place of pilgrimage, masses held in Hungarian and German, and nowadays in Romani language, too.
