I loaded the old dumper with cast iron printing frames that I wanted to break down to foundry size on Sunday when I can work without being interrupted.
I had intended on uploading this on 4/6/23 which was National Alcohol Screening Day.
a national outreach program designed to educate people about alcohol use disorders, screen them for a range of problems including risky drinking, and refer those in need to treatment resources. NASD is the result of a collaboration among the National Institutes of Health's National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAAA), the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration's Center for Substance Abuse Treatment (CSAT), and the nonprofit Screening for Mental Health, Inc. (SMH).
Alcohol treatment facilities, community health centers, hospitals, and colleges will participate in the national program, which is aimed at all segments of the general public. The college component specifically targets students who are risky drinkers, with a focus on binge drinking. The first NASD, held in April 1999, drew more than 50,000 participants with unexpectedly high participation by college students.

Vitéz uzsoki báró Szurmay Sándor (Boksánbánya, 1860. december 19. – Budapest, 1945. február 26.) magyar királyi honvédtiszt, gyalogsági tábornok, 1917–1918-ig honvédelmi miniszter, 1941-től vezérezredes. (Neve német nyelvű forrásokban: Alexander Freiherr Szurmay von Uzsok).
A kárpáti orosz betörés visszaverése (1915)
1915 januárjában Szurmay hadcsoportja a Svetozar Borojević gyalogsági tábornok parancsnoksága alatt álló 3. hadsereg jobbszárnyának szélét alkotta a galíciai fronton. Február végén az Uzsoki-hágó birtoklásáért harcolt az orosz Sztrij hadtesttel, amely önállóan operált a Keleti-Kárpátokban, az orosz Dnyeszter hadcsoport mellett, birtokbavételének szándékával. Március elején Platon A. Lecsickij tábornok 9. hadserege jelentős tűzerővel vonult fel a 300 km széles fronton, a Sztrij harccsoport már két hadtestet állított szembe Szurmayval. Márciusban az orosz erőket átszervezték, Szurmay hadcsoportjával szemben Bruszilov lovassági tábornok 8. hadserege vonult fel. Kisebb-nagyobb támadásokban próbálták elfoglalni az Uzsoki-hágót, de Szurmay katonái mindenütt kitartottak. Áprilisban a nagy erejű orosz támadás utolsó fázisában az 11. hadsereg VII. hadtestének sikerült elfoglalnia az Uzsoki-hágóra letekintő magaslatokat. Véres harcokban már majdnem sikerült benyomulniuk a hágóba, amikor a központi hatalmak dunajeci támadásának sikere az egész Kárpátokban megállásra késztette az oroszokat.
1915 májusában Szurmay hadcsoportja részt vett a gorlicei áttörésben (lásd w🇩🇪Schlacht von Gorlice-Tarnów). Tarnównál győzött a nagy túlerőben lévő orosz haderő felett. Győzelmeket aratott a homonnai, szinnai és cirókaófalui (Zemplén vármegye, ma: Starina, Szlovákia) csatákban is.

Pomáz (Hungary, Pest county, near Danube Bend) is famous for its baroque Serbian Orthodox church named after St George. Just as in nearby Szentendre, a Serbian community existed in the town since the time of the Ottoman presence in Eastern Europe. Pomáz was demolished during the Ottoman wars, after that Serbian settlers rebuilt the village, beginning with a church and a school around 1770.

Királykapu az ikonosztázon
Pomáz a török idők alatt elpusztult. Az 1998-ban 860 éves település újjáépítése a szerbek nevéhez fűződik. Mint minden általuk alapított faluban, így Pomázon is első feladatuk egy iskola és egy templom felépítése volt. A mai egyszerű barokk templom 1770-ben már állt. A templomnak messze földön híres ikonosztáza van. Búcsúját Szent György napján tartják.
Bár a helyi szerbek a hagyományokat máig gondosan őrzik (a rigómezei csata emlékére minden évben Szent Iván napján koszorút helyeznek a házak kapujára), etnikai összetűzések sosem voltak a településen, sőt, a telepesek a szomszédos római katolikus templom felépítésében is segédkeztek 1776-ban.

This is MSgt. Paul Howe (USA Retired) demonstrating the 100-7 drill at Tactical Rifle Instructor training at CSAT. This is a timed drill that starts at the 100 yard line in a prone position, movest to the 75 yard line and 50 yard line in the kneeling position, 25 yard line in the standing position and then to the 7 yard line in the standing position puting 5 shots to the head of the target. Eache position you have to shoot 5 rounds that have to land in the 6" x 13" kill zone. Anything outside the box and you fail the drill.
The idea is to get your heart rate up and train you to calm and control yourself before you fire your shots.
