This shot was taken about 10 km from Leonora at a place called Gwalia, which is about 800km inland from Perth. There is no town near by, no city lights to distort the view and crystal clear skies. The perfect setting for taking a nice shot of the stars.
The light on the left comes from the Gwalia gold mining pit which operates 24 hours per day.
I framed this shot in-between two rocks with my 55-200mm and I love the multiple layers of trees surrounding the reservoir. I was disappointed by the disappearance of the Autumnal colours but I still like the image. Im not sure whether of not I like the blurred rocks in the foreground.
Image was taken from Iona Beach in Richmond, BC.

The Sony ILCE7R A7r rocks! New Sony A7R Test Photos (with Sony HVL-F60M External Flash) of Tall, Thin, Fit Bikini Swimsuit Model Goddess! Long legs and then some! Shot with the Carl Zeiss Sony Sonnar T* FE 35mm f/2.8 ZA Lens finished in Lightroom 5.3 ! Was using the B W 49mm Kaesemann Circular Polarizer MRC Filter on partly cloudy day with some intermittent sun, but mostly cloudy. Check out the low glare off the rocks and water and dramatic, polarizwer-enhanced sky! Super sharp images and crystal-clear pictures!
Was testing the Sony HVL-F60M External Flash on the Sony A7r. You can see it going off in some of the photos (check the exif if in doubt)--worked great, but it overheated a bit sooner than my Nikon flash on the D800E. But it's all good!

Modeling the black & gold "Gold 45 Revolver" Gold'N'Virtue swimsuits with the main equation to Moving Dimensions Theory on the swimsuits: dx4/dt=ic. Yes I have a Ph.D. in physics! :) You can read more about my research and Hero's Journey Physics here:
herosjourneyphysics.wordpress.com/ MDT PROOF#2: Einstein (1912 Man. on Rel.) and Minkowski wrote x4=ict. Ergo dx4/dt=ic--the foundational equation of all time and motion which is on all the shirts and swimsuits. Every photon that hits my Nikon D800e's sensor does it by surfing the fourth expanding dimension, which is moving at c relative to the three spatial dimensions, or dx4/dt=ic!
May the Hero's Journey Mythology Goddess inspire you (as they have inspired me!) along your own artistic journey! Love, love, love the 35mm Carl Zeiss Lens on the new Sony A7R! :)

The Twenty Seven waterfalls have existed for millennia but were only recently discovered by the outside world. The first tourists began arriving at the Falls in 1994, and little by little, word got out about this amazing natural treasure and spawned a guiding industry for the local young men. Ten years later, nearly 50,000 tourists every year come to Rio Damajagua to enjoy what Dominicans have known about for centuries.
This photo was taken exactly 3 minutes later then my previous one. Taken from the same viewpoint and in the same direction, only with using more zoom. The clouds were blown away quickly with a sea breeze and from one moment to another the sky was crystal clear and the view sharp and bright.
At the same time the last clouds clashed still behind me at the steep island cliffs, which you'll see on my next upload.
It's amazing how quickly these changes happened and I felt privileged to be able to witness this spectacular natural phenomenon.
