Assignment shot for Cinnamon Hotels from Cinnamon Red. Colombo does have a beautiful and well-lighted up skyline just before Vesak.

A different angle from the previous shot - a bit wider to include some foreground, an airplane's light trail, as well as the statue of liberty. I will be doing some crops of these later but for now thought this view was interesting as well. This is a new view from the new Brooklyn Bridge Park bike path extension looking towards downtown New York City (NYC) with the East River and old wood pilings from a long forgotten pier in the foreground just after sunset.

Oklahoma City at Christmas. The building with the two cranes on top is the Devon Tower which will be 50 stories when complete.

Panoramic view of Nazareth city from the western slopes of Mount Precipice.
For Christians, Nazareth is important because it is the place where Jesus spent much of his life.
Mount Precipice (הר הקפיצה), also known as Mount of Precipitation and Mount Kedumim is located in Lower Galilee, south of Nazareth in northern Israel, where tradition has it an angry mob drove Jesus out of the synagogue and attempted to throw him off the cliff. This hilltop site provides sweeping views of the Jezreel Valley, Mount Tabor, and other Galilean sights.
On May 2009, Pope Benedict XVI held a large public mass on the western slopes of Mt Precipice that was attended by 40,000 people.

Toronto's City Hall is lit up at night for photos. This building is the work of architect Viljo Revell.
Photographed using a Nikon F4 and the Nikkor 28mm f/3.5 Perspective Control shift lens on Fuji T64 tungsten balanced film. I metered on the glass curtain wall and exposed 3 stops longer.
