Storms moved in-out of area today. This 90 minute time lapse is compressed to 18 seconds and shows one of those storms. Note how the clouds move and change as the storm approaches then recedes. Very interesting to see when sped up 300x.
The falling rain saturated the lower level and clouds spontaneously formed.
Liquid Chaos unleashes a tempest of color and motion—a torrent of fractured forms and dynamic swells that seem to vibrate off the canvas. This abstract composition fuses aggression with rhythm, as rivers of molten orange, obsidian black, and blinding white intertwine in a state of beautiful disorder.
The piece evokes a collision between natural forces and emotional turbulence—part wildfire, part symphony. Amid the chaos, there is a sense of choreography: each swirl and fracture follows an unspoken logic, as if the artist has translated an invisible energy into form.
Scott’s work challenges the viewer to find structure within rupture and harmony within discord. Liquid Chaos doesn’t just depict movement—it embodies it.

These past couple of weeks I have been through a lot of back and forth. With decisions in my mind. Thinking I was quitting one thing and then throwing myself back into it. Feeling unsure of myself and my thoughts. I feel like I put my mind through the wringer. Taking mental health days and getting upset stomachs due to stress. My body feeling like shit. Not sure what I am supposed to do with my hands!?!?!?
This is what chaos looks like to me in my mind. How I am feeling when all over the place. I can't even explain this photo. Can you?

So as you have probably already figured, these guys are the Wonderland gang. This lineup consists of a bunny goon, the Hatter himself, and an enchanted tree.

And that’s all I’ve got to say about these. I will say that the idea for the heart for the Mad Hatter came from Jack, so credit to him for that.

I was standing on the pier when a flock of rock doves decided they all wanted to perch on this driftwood out in the lake. It was mass confusion as they all tried to land at once. Much jostling and flapping of wings. Pure chaos.

I know very little about chaos theory, I just thought it worked as a title for this. One thing just randomly led to another and voila! Whatthehellisthis?!?!?!?! I have a freshly installed Photoshop CS3 that needed playing with. (Thanks Hendrik.)
ICM, interntional camera movement, combines with double exposure to create chaos out of a colorful street scene. Buildings tilt and join forces for a multi patterned backdrop. The white line provides a path of excape. A story only imagined is created with a little camera motion and doubling the fun with darkroom magic.

This one was edited so as to highlight the chaotic elements and to subdue the structural ones. This is what I'm seeing every morning and evening on our political news. And if you're living in the U.S. I think you'll know what I mean. :((
