Hundertwasser's stunning ceramic-decorated fountain graces the entrance of the Hundertwasserhaus, one of Vienna's most captivating attractions. This vibrant social housing complex is a true masterpiece, where exterior motifs and shapes burst with color and imagination. The soil undulates, creating a unique landscape, and trees thrive within the confines of the buildings, transforming the interior into a living, breathing work of art.
The fountain's model is a classical Roman fountain, comprising five parts placed one on top of the other:
1. A concrete basin where the signs of the zodiac are inlaid into the bottom of the fountain in mosaic.
2. A ceramic basin with matte white, black and grey portions
3. A concrete-casting basin
4. A smaller pink ceramic basin
5. A concrete-casting angel on top

The Church of St. Vladimir was built on the site of a medieval cruciform church in the mid-19th century. The church is devoted to Kyivan Prince Vladimir, who, according to the Rus Chronicle, was baptized in Chersonesos. Academician F. I. Chagin and architect D. I. Grimm, architects of the church, designed this two-story building with one chapel on each floor. The chapel of the Nativity of the Mother of God of Korsun' is located on the ground floor; St. Vladimir chapel is on the first floor.
The remains of the cruciform church where the prince of Rus' was initially supposed to have been baptized are preserved on the ground floor of the modern church.

Храм-памятник поражает своим величием, красотой и пропорциональностью линий. Свято-Владимирский собор был заложен в 1861 году. На церемонии присутствовала царская семья. Первый камень в основание собора заложил император Александр II. Он же утвердил проект будущего храма на территории Херсонесского монастыря. Автором проекта выступил академик архитектуры Давид Гримм. Интересно, что Свято-Владимирский собор в Херсонесе стал первым выдающимся сооружением, которое спроектировал этот архитектор.
According to one of the legends it was founded in 891. Originally it belonged to the Constantinopolitan Patriarchate. The first record of the monastery dates back to 1578. From 1778 (the Christians’ outcome from Crimea) to 1794 the monastery does not function. From 1806 it becomes the base monastery for the Black Sea Fleet hieromonachs. New temples are built: 1816 — the Great Martyr George Temple, 1850 — the Exaltation of the Cross Temple, 1893 — the Cave Church of the Nativity of Christ. The monastery is closed in 1929. It was revived in 1994. In 2000 there started the building of the Great Martyr George Temple, ruined in 1927.
Православный мужской монастырь в Балаклавском районе Севастополя, расположен у мыса Фиолент, на побережье Чёрного моря. По преданию, монастырь в 891 году основали греки-мореплаватели. Как гласит легенда, возле Фиолента их настигла буря, при этом судно чуть не разбилось о скалу. Путешественники попросили святого Георгия Победоносца о помощи, и буря утихла. В благодарность моряки основали на берегу обитель с церковью во имя этого святого.

It is considered a Thai tradition to build public places such as temples and Thai Sala (pavilion) in a community. Functioning as a public center, they are used in Buddhist merit-making ceremonies and other social activities. The five grand open sala at Muang Boran were built in a pond used as either a public summer house or religious ceremonial center. Ramayana pavilion (sala of Ramayana) is named after the story of the murals painted inside the sala.

Original wooden Chapel of New Martyrs and Russian Confessors was erected on Yalta Embankment in 1881 in memory of tsar Alexander II upon his assassination in spring of the same year. This small Russian Orthodox Church was dedicated to Saint Alexander Nevsky, patron of deceased monarch. Unfortunately the chapel was destroyed in 1932 by Soviet government. New Chapel of the New Martyrs and Russian Confessors was constructed and finished on July 17, 2006. It is dedicated to saints that were killed by Atheistic Soviet government. Chapel of New Martyrs and Russian Confessors was consecrated by a Metropolit of Simferopol and Crimea Lazar.

В марте 1881 года, после убийства Александра Освободителя, всколыхнувшего всю Российскую империю, Ялтинской городской думой решено построить на набережной часовню в память о царе. Уже 23 июля 1881 года работа над зданием, стилизованным под древнерусское северное зодчество, была завершена.
Деревянное строение планировалось как временное, но часовня простояла пятьдесят один год, службы в ней проводились от собора Александра Невского. В 1932 году ее закрыли и позже разобрали «за ненадобностью».
В 2006 году историческую справедливость решено было восстановить и на Ялтинской набережной освятили место под часовню, которая должна была расположиться почти что на месте прежней. В 2009 году часовню построили и здание освятили.
