The drive from Nurburg to Stelvio starts off fairly normal along the various Autobahn's with the unlimited speed sections and VW's, BMW's and the like flying along at 150km/h+
Although then you get closer to the Alps and things change dramatically with beautiful mountain roads, tunnels, passes and more.

My friend Jenny found a place that teaches trapeze lessons. My sister and I were ready to fly! Today was the day and it was AWESOME!!!
One day, I hope to get a shot of the aura borealis. I find it to be somewhat challenging since several conditions need to be just right, including no clouds, no moon, nice weather, cooperation from the sun, and a decent location that lets you look at the northern skies. Not to mention that we would most likely be doing this in the middle of the night, and we like our sleep. ☺️ My husband suggested that we scout out a couple local lakes this afternoon. Not sure if this spot will work out, but I thought it was a pretty location. This is a panoramic shot.

Our neighbor is taking a cruise in a kayak which are free to use. You can get in and out of the ocean from the lower deck of your bungalow.

BLM Winter Bucket List #22: Eagletail Mountains Wilderness, Arizona, for Hikes with Dramatic Scenery
The 97,880-acre Eagletail Mountains Wilderness is about 65 miles west of Phoenix, Arizona. The wilderness includes 15 miles of the Eagletail Mountains ridgeline to the north, Cemetary Ridge to the south, and a large desert plain area between the two ridgelines.
The magnificent rocky spires and beauty of the Eagletail Mountains Wilderness can be explored along the Ben Avery Trail. Originally an old jeep route, the trail winds south into a wash and then to the bluffs next to Indian Spring. A climb up the hillside to the west reveals the dramatic scenery of the Eagletail Mountains, including two natural arches. The best seasons to hike the trail are fall, winter, and spring.

Meet Katie & Jonathan from Tahiti Tourisme. Our trip began with a visit to Tahiti Tourisme to thank these two for making this dream come true. A special thank you to Kim Komando for choosing me out of the 1.5 million people who entered her radio contest. On Christmas day, 2010, I got a call from the Kim Komando show informing me that I had won "The Escape To Tahiti" Super Grand Prize. Unbelievable, but true!

The Poky Little Puppy is my favorite children's book EVER - I used to read it all the time when I was little - I found this giftset with the book and a little onesie and bought it for my baby - so far it's the only thing I've specifically bought for my baby, and before I die I hope I get to read this book to MY baby and dress MY baby in this onesie!! That's the only thing on my "bucket" list that matters (although finishing my PhD would be nice)
