The watch boxes I currently use. They are very useful. Especially as they fit in the vault at my local bank.
The one on the left can contain 26 watches each. 8 lying for straps and 18 with cushions for straps and bracelets. The one in the top middle can contain 10 watches each on cushions. The boxes on the right can contain 8 watches each on straps.
For now still enough free space, but at home they advice me too seek professional help. ;-)

I recently had my Rockola Comet juke box restored. I used to shoot pool and play the juke box with my friends when I was in high school. That was a long time ago. Hey Mary, How do you like the way the juke box looks? Come and listen to it sometime! It is partly yours.

Another piece of ephemera from my wife's sewing box.
A child's shoebox dating probably from the 1940s or 1950s. Priced at 12/4d (62p). Back then, my father probably earned about £6 per week, and a house could be bought for around £2000.
My boxes are mostly 8"x6"x2" high. They have a mirrored bottom and beveled glass sides. They are assembled with copper foil and solder.
As promised I tried Rollei RPX 25 in the Box. The light at noon was really harsh. Unfortunately I still did not have my tripod with me so 3 out of 8 negatives became "motion" pictures :). I have checked the auxiliary lenses of my Box Tengor and they are not as nice as the front lens. I will have to find out how to remove them for a cleaning attempt. Actually the pictures did not show any problem... The Rollei RPX 25 became underexposed at f22 and just about right at f16 - despite the clear sky and direct sunlight. No problem: learning, learning, learning... I can perfectly understand why these boxes became so popular in their time (and actually scaled up film production).
Box Elder Campground is located within the Dolores River Canyon 6 miles NE of Dove Creek. The campground has 11 campsites with fire rings and picnic tables along with two vault toilets. There is no fee at this site, and camping is on a first come, first served basis.

Colour light signalling is due to take over from the semaphores at Warrington Low Level, and Crossfields Box is to due close the folllowing weekend from the date of this shot I understand, 30.6.12.
Belmont Gate Box is located in Starbeck and controls the Level Crossing that it is on. It has a frame of 5 levers and controls just one Semaphore signal. It is the smallest box on the Harrogate Line although it is built to the same design as the boxes at Cattal, Marston Moor and Poppleton it was built slightly taller and narrower than the standard design which is why it has a square base.
Also note that its gabled roof is built at a right angle to the line whereas it is standard for gabled roofs of signal boxes to be parallel with the line.
