When Ryan, arrived from China I thought my other MSD ball jointed dolls would like to open the box . On the left is Lizzie, a Goodreau vinyl BJD. Trixie, my daughter's doll. sitting on the box is also a Goodreau vinyl BJD. In pink pigtails, Daphne stands behind the box; she is a resin Angel of Dream BJD. The girl on the right in the sailor dress is my sweet Emma. She is a Goodreau vinyl BJD too.
The boy at the end of the box is Ethan, a 5star brother to Ryan.
Scanned from a box of kodachrome slides taken by my late grandfather, James Paul Theis. I've uploaded all these files with the intent of releasing them into the public domain, in hopes that some of these images may live on in other forms of media.

New York City. These two images are another test of the high contrast black and white setting in the Ricoh GR vs the same RAW image processed in Lightroom. Each process has its strengths and I'm glad that modern cameras give us the ability to make two files, the original RAW and the in-camera processed JPEG.
There's no downside to shooting this way except it makes for more work later. So far, I'm enjoying the work and the results.
wig and lyre. I might mess with the lyre later but idk. The wig is actually really nice!
it is really big and fluffy but that was the look i was going for anyway. It isn't actually a white color either, more of a white blonde
Actually, the two in the foreground aren't pill boxes but seem to be just lumps of concrete or something.
A few months ago I bought this lovely jewelry box from the 1950s. (Yes maybe a little slowto post the pictures) It cost less than a cup of coffee so it was a real bargain. The box is green with lovely ornaments. It doesn't matter that the lock dont work.
For the moment I only have a pocket watch, pearl necklace and great grandmothers old jewelry from the 1800s in it.

Fiber Optical Splice Closure is also called Fiber Optical Splice box. It is attributed to the mechanical pressure sealing joint system, and is a continuous protection device for supplying optical, sealing and mechanical strength continuity between adjacent optical cables. The optical cable Splice box is suitable for the straight-through and branch connection of the overhead, pipeline, direct burial and other laying methods of various layout optical cables.
There aren't many requirements for the fiber optic splice closure itself, but to make the fiber optic network run as efficiently as possible, choosing the right splice box for the network is a very important issue. The environment of the fiber cable laying from the front end to the hub or node box is very harsh and are relatively complex. It needs to be able to adjust the climate, fireproof, trenches or overhead cable laying will encounter sinister weather, branches, chemicals, car accidents, excavators, animal bites, bullets and other hazards.
Each year, Gallery Route One in Point Reyes invites over a hundred artists to create unique works of art using a wooden box.
Here are the inspiring artworks they created this year: they range in style from whimsical to poignant and thought-provoking. These photos were taken on closing day, when the gallery organized a live auction for each of this year’s 150 boxes. The proceeds support the gallery’s exhibits and community programs.
Two of the boxes were created by members of our art community: Howard Rheingold (a.k.a. Dr. Rindbrain) contributed an illuminated box called ‘Magical’, while Geo Monley and Meryl Rubenstein made ‘Les Puzzles.’
Members of ‘Pataphysical Studios came to cheer for their peers -- Dr. Really was the highest bidder for Dr. Rindbrain’s piece, which was thus kept in the family. After the show, we all went to Stellina to celebrate over a nice dinner.

The back of the box features that classic black and white lineart look that Kenner and other companies often used for the rear panel. If I ever do another one, I think I'll incorporate some red ink line art also, which was common back then too.
This was the first Box Turtle I encountered on this late April Visit to Broughtons Wildlife Area . I was happy to see that he did not retreat into his shell after seeing me. I took a few photos and thanked him for posing.
The day we adopted Daisy, she came home in a box like all our dogs have, but halfway through the long drive she crawled out into my lap. She fell asleep and started dreaming. She was too sweet - such a little lovey!
