We spent the day from morning till night walking and exploring around Pike Place Market. I'm not one for rides so we didn't go on it but enjoyed watching for a bit.
There is a yearly festival in Bruges, called Winter Glow, with special light effects on old buildings or trees. You walk around the town and follow a trail.
Tomorrow is the last day of the show for this season.
Auf dem Weg nach Worms, spielte der Wettergott verrückt. Sonne, Regen, Wind, es war ein bisschen chaotisch, aber die wechselnden Lichtverhältnisse waren faszinierend.
Leider kann man auf einer stark befahrenen Strasse nur schwer anhalten. Aber eine Gelegenheit bot sich mir doch. Ich hatte in der Hektik noch den falschen Modi drin...typisch Frau ^^na ja, egal. Ein paar Bilder konnte ich doch noch festhalten, nicht die beste Quali, doch das blaue Leuchten des Rheins musste ich Euch einfach präsentieren.
Wahrscheinlich hatte der ein, oder andere ähnliche Eindrücke, was das Wetter und das Licht betrifft.

Sun, rain, wind, it was a bit chaotic, but the changing lighting conditions were fascinating.
Unfortunately, it is difficult to stop on a busy road.
But an opportunity presented itself to me.
I had set the wrong modes in the camera in the rush,

I could capture some pictures, not the best quality.

AsI came home saturday afternoon from my work,
My eldest daughter was painting my youngest outside, with fluo paint.
For a school project.......
They loved it , and asked me to take pics......Had to upload one of them!
I really like this one.

29th January 2018:
Having taken my Macro Mondays candle I then found one of Graham's surprise stocking fillers.
He was given an alarm clock - radio - timer. It's battery operated, so I doubt we'll use it that much, but it also has this light in it. There are several colours, but it isn't easy to choose which one comes up. So it was blue or none.
As it didn't look great with the background I had it against, I took that out with PhotoScape.
Better viewed large and thank you for your favourites. :O)
My blue sensor lights come on 2 hours early as Monday nights severe weather moves in from the northwest. Monday nights severe weather spawned 3 tornadoes locally and was classified as a derecho. Winds exceeded 100 mph in some areas....

Walking home from work last night, looking over the Union Canal as the winter dusk turned the few remaining moments of light go this blue shade.
Ce soir, c'était la dernière d'Alençon Plage pour 2022...
Et aux platines un DJ de qualité ("DJ Hors d’œuvre", il me semble, orthographe sujette à caution...) fit chauffer la piste de danse sous les lumières bleutées des projecteurs !
Une belle manière de finir !
