A Stanley no 220 block plane of no larger significance. This is a typical product from the Sheffield factory. It is a well made, no frills hand tool in by no means pristine shape, but it is still a hand plane with a long life ahead of it. The casting is solid and even, the front knob is intact and all in all it is a fully functional little hand plane for those general handyman needs.
Larry J. Pontarelli & Sons, Inc. Maybe a one-off, as this giant glass block wall appears nowhere else in the neighborhood.

I recovered from my panic attack brought on by the realization that I didn't have enough of the orange swirls left over. After that, this block was a complete joy. I mean really, if pinwheels don't make you smile, then you must not have lips! I think this is my favorite block so far. I remembered what Elizabeth told us about rotating directional prints, which is what I did here. Love it! Thanks for the great tutorial, Cherri!
well, I changed it up a bit (adding a bit of FMF), but it's stitched down now - so no more changing it now!

The three blocks for Jaguar Masks print, carved out of poplar wood.
There is actually a forth block not pictured, however is it just a solid woodblock without any carved areas. I used this as the white and is the first block printed.

I turned an orphan block into a block keeper/stitching book so that I can keep all the pieces for one block safe. And arranged in the right order/place! It's about 13"x15".
