Doing a Block of the Month hosted by one of the local quilt shops. The pattern is "At Home in the Garden" by Norma Whaley.
It's wool appliqued on cotton. My first time doing something like this, but it sure works up quickly.
Now I have to wait until February for the next one. :(
The blocks will finish at 12" x 12".
my two blocks for leslie...i'm behind the 8ball on my spider block for abi...feeling scared of it, but i'm gonna finish it this weekend. i hope these work!
Melissa asked for creative blocks using these solids. I was excited to try something wonky and very free-form.

Block # 1. Silly me! I started a second set of the Jelly Roll Sampler Blocks from some fat quarters that were saying "Pick me to sew into a Jelly Roll Sampler Block". These fabrics all have a nature theme.
