Block paints screwed to a bit of wood. Theoretically, the paint should dissolve and colour the snow.... I also had the idea of using powder paint to colour the snow, as it should stay on the surface and not bleed through, in much the same way as grit. The plan is to work with the colour combos and formats. This would have worked nicer if they had been horizontal.

Very old concrete-block building with metal trim. Maybe it's left from the "fireproof" craze of the 1800s.
A lock hangs off the odd metal shed that's been pushed onto the front of the building.

To view in stereo, sit 2-3 feet from the monitor and gently cross your eyes so that the two images become three. The one in the middle will be in 3d. If you are finding this difficult, you may be trying too hard. Viewing the original size is best.
FINALLY!!! I'm blocking the Hemlock Ring Doily for my grandmother. I'm going to see her on Thursday, so hopefully I can give it to her then.
