Architecture around Adelaide. I never tire of finding new wonders or reaquainting with old ones.

Another back to school card. I colored the school and the owl (HA printables) in colors of rainbow. The sentiment the owl holds says ´happy return to school`. Tfl

I found these cute little houses on my daily walk and I got to go inside and take a look! They have interior hundreds of years old! It was really amazing to explore!

Thank you Mackenzie Leander for climbing on this sketchy roof top in your short little dress, you're an angel. This picture could easily be interpreted freely, I know what it means to me and it relates to the quote. Someone cared a lot for her, and she hurt them.

Back of postcard reads:

SOLVANG, CALIFORNIA

In the early years of this century, a band of resolute Danish-Americans came to California to recreate a typical Danish village. For its locale, they chose the rolling oak-studded Santa Ynez Valley. They named it "Solvang," which in Danish means "Sunny Field."

Carrying the weight of the world makes for a strong back.

An update of a shot I took for my 52 project a few years back - this time managed to construct a white background which I think makes for good contrast.

Stock Marauder Prototype back from Utah. Made a few adjustments and component swaps to bring it up to speed.

Set GW07 has been restored to its full 4-coach splendour and is seen today sandwiched between 43004 and 43092, heading west at Restormel as 2C26.

Following deregulation in 1986 former Manchester Standards could be seen the length and beadth of the country enjoying a secondlife with a wide variety of operators. It wasn't just the new start up companies that took them, big fleet operators also found former Manchester standards to be worthy tools of the trade.

Finglands, who until deregulation had been principaly been a coach operator initially took some early 1972 Fleetlines for new services linking Manchester city centre with the Universities. They must have been happy with their purchases as a few years later more arrived including this 1977 built Atlantean which had been 7734 in the Greater Manchester fleet. Finglands by now were under the ownership of East Yorkshire Motor Services and were a major force in south Manchester. The company still thrives today, still unde the ownership of EYMS group.

The back of my dress is open, which I like a lot.

My brother in law and his girlfriend in town from Arizona

Rumblemumbles decided to come visit for 3 days and is jetting "home" again on the last flight getting in about midnight

She has not lost her touch and did an extraordinary job of squeezing in the maximum social activity humanly possible in 3 days.

I got to see her for the first time briefly on the 2nd day (about 10 mins) and that was because she needed the Tom Tom to navigate to yet another date.

This afternoon we all went for a ralaxing coffee at our favourite local.

It was lovely to see her again, and just to show she is now famous, when she was out at on the town last Friday, she was stopped by a guy who said "Hello Elisha, are you back" and it turned out to be a contact who recognised her from Flickr photos.

It's A Punny World Theme

Yep! Back where I'm comfortable. Bridge fixed, reclaimed as 'my space' and safe to sit on and contemplate the day that was.Life does not get much better than this, for those that merely require a half-equilibrium.
