My weekly walk behind my house and I took these two shots while walking the path. I am not expecting anymore shots as the color should be gone by the time I get out again.

Every day I remind myself that my inner and outer life are based on the labors of other men, living and dead, and that I must exert myself in order to give in the same measure as I have received and am still receiving.
It's been a while since I've posted a picture from Willmar, but this morning was a nice day to walk onto the overpass and watch an eastbound snake into the yard off of the Morris Sub. The yard was fairly empty, but of course the train was lined in on the shadowy side of one of the few cuts of cars. Luckily, an empty bulkhead flat provided just enough of a window to get an unobstructed picture of the nose of the train. Of course, with the 5279 being a peach (not in a good way), the shadows may have been an improvement...

Finally got my baby back after it had been in the shop for two weeks. Had to get some repairs done on it because I was hit in a parking lot a while back at a truck meet. Wasn't my fault, and it has been resolved with no hard feelings. Just glad to have her back:)
With the point of your needle, turn under the lining fabric and fell in place. Keep the stitches as small as you can and form the ends into an oval without clipping the fabric. I usually go round twice; it means that your stitches will now be closer together… Then press lightly.
Akaroa, day two of my friends visit from London I took them over the Port hills to Akaroa. We had such a beautiful day and they enjoyed the trip.
Akaroa is a village on Banks Peninsula in the Canterbury region of the South Island of New Zealand, situated within a harbour of the same name. The name Akaroa is Kāi Tahu Māori for 'Long Harbour'.
Akaroa is 84 km by road from Christchurch and is the terminus of State Highway 75. In the 2006 New Zealand census of population and dwellings, the permanent population was 567, a decrease of 7 since 2001. The village has a high (29.6%) ratio of residents aged over 65.
Set on a beautiful, sheltered harbour and overlooked by craggy volcanic hills, Akaroa is a popular resort village and in summer the temporary population can reach 15,000 which places stress on the summer water supply, which is entirely dependent upon rainfall on the hills.
Many Hector's Dolphins may be found within Akaroa harbour, and 'swim with the dolphins' boat tours are a major tourist attraction.
