New camera new photo attempt. Same lighting setup as last time but the photos came out a little better this time (more over all light captured, though still some light and focus balancing issues), still need to get more practice with the new camera. With how large this moc is and its color scheme the only way I may get real good photos is outside on an over cast day (not likely to happen with this moc) or with good convention hall lighting.

I made my annual pilgrimage to Barnegat Light this morning to see the wonders that often hang out there like this beautiful Harlequin Duck - my favorite duck species.
The water was really high today so the ducks had less space on the rocks, making it easier to get a nice shot.

An update of a shot I took for my 52 project a few years back - this time managed to construct a white background which I think makes for good contrast.
Stock Marauder Prototype back from Utah. Made a few adjustments and component swaps to bring it up to speed.
Due to congestion at Birmingham Snow Hill, West Midlands Trains 2V30 1319 Whitlocks End - Great Malvern departs from platform 3, which is normally used by Up services. The cause was an empty stock movement through platform 1, 2V30s booked platform, and Chiltern Railways Class 168 No. 168217 that had earlier terminated in Platform 2 with 1G27, 1140 ex-London Marylebone was now laying over prior to forming service 1H51, 1412 back to London Marylebone. Snow Hill is formed of two island platforms, but the face of platform 4 (far left) remains out of use awaiting for the now unused Midland Metro tram line to be removed and heavy rail reinstated, which when accomplished will increase the station's capacity by at least 25%. the back closes with a tiny opening and 3 buttons and loops since dresses in the 20's never opened the whole way down the back.
actually, today was day 3 for my kiddos in their new school. It's been another hard transition for them, mostly trying to figure out the new rules. It has been especially hard on my youngest, who is a bit shy, but quite a personality when you get her going. She cried when she came home the first two days. Today she said it was a little better. We're hopeful.
