And so its back to normality now that our four day Easter weekend is over.

I have spent the four days as myself, two of them was spent going out shopping in my retro style looking around charity, Vintage and retro clothes shops the other two days were spent just being me with no glam outfits and just keeping house, the video was one such look and the grey hoody photo was the other one,

Have to say it has convinced me to go for the laser hair removal because shaving every other day is the pits, and I almost talked myself into booking in to see the doc.

well back to work tomorrow and 12 hours of crossdressing for the benefit of our customers, I would be so much more productive in my own skin,

Just a photo I was playing around with . Have a great day!

Sorry for uploading these guys twice in under a month, but I gave some of them back-packs (grey, but brown if I didn't have any) and Milan's decals.

Karlovac, my town in my <3

From my archives, taken about 40 years ago, this was the ultimate selfie. I had set the camera on a tripod, activated the 10-second self timer, and then scrambled up on to that rock and next to my wife Sammy. Since this was back in the days of film, I had no way of knowing if my efforts were successful, so I had to repeat the process several times, and a couple of those times, I didn't even make it up on to the rock, and once I took a nasty spill in the process. All the other shots I took were throw-aways, but this one shot made it all worth it.

Red-backed Shrike (Lanius collurio).

Shot a fair while ago, I was hanging off the top of Rocky Point at Torquay trying to avoid the giant "speed hump" of land that obstructs the shot unless you go for a pretty severe crop like I did with this image. The sunrise was about as good as I can ever remember and sat perfectly for nearly ten minutes, beautiful rich red colors in the clouds and deep blues away from the sun. The color cast was a bit of a bugger but a snappy adjustment layer calmed it down a bit.

Skirt on, touching up my hair. Time for a swish........

This beetle flittered into the house when I opened the door. He landed on the floor, I put my hand down there. He grabbed onto my finger until got him to the porch.

This is not a photomontage with Photoshop, but a photo session where these two flowers, Veronica and Oxalis, posed together! The hairy leaves are those of the Veronica, which naturally form three magnificent hearts ... three hearts for two flowers! This could be the title...

But I prefered "back to back". This is a message saying that being back to back with somebody, even with a difference in skin color or appearance, doesn't mean we can't share a same heart.

Please stay home and live longer.

The old town (vieille ville) of Nice is a maze of cozy back streets brimming with restaurants and shops (although there did not happen to be any on this small stretch :-)

I recently broke my 16-35mm as well as I managed to accidentally delete all of my originals from about the last 6 months.

Together with boring blue skies and repulsively calm ocean, I suffered from a serious case of 'photomisery' .

Anyways, today and despite all the lately failed attempts to get back on track, the further I drove the more the ocean fog built up!

...and while lacking 8mm this wide angle nerd was able to take this today and I'm quite pleased with it. Felt great to enjoy working on an image again!

Turns out you can take a satisfying shot beyond 16mm ;-0
