During my recent trip to Tenkasi, Down south India, I was just roaming in and around the streets of Sundarapandiyapuram, a beautiful village in Tirunelveli district. It was a late evening, Found few kids on their way back home from school.. Am just few yards behind them & holding my zoom lens, jus signalled them & showed my camera indicating that am ready for click.... and this is what i got instantly... Kids are unpredictable :)

This ex-Military Bedford RL 3 ton general cargo truck, has stood guard at the wrecking yard entrance of Ruakura Motors in the Riverlea area of Hamilton, for some years now.
Ruakura Motors specialise in secondhand tractor parts and no longer deal with trucks. A small number of older commercial vehicles continue to slowly rust away amongst incomplete tractors and other detritus within their extensive compound area.

Two lenses just came back from Cleaning-Lubrication-Adjustment (CLA) here in Bangkok: My 20mm f3.5 Olympus Pen F lens and a Leica Elmar-R 180mm f4 that was in mint condition except for internal haze that the Ebay seller called “fungus”. Easily cleaned during the CLA and I got a great Leica telephoto for only $60!
Back again to capture one of my favorite views. It had been several weeks, months even, since I had gone out to shoot anything. When your budget is tight and you dont know of many places, you run out of ideas...quickly. This was the case. Needing to get out of the house, I grabbed the camera and drove. Naturally I ended up at one of my favorite spots, enjoying one of my favorite views.
Sometimes, you just need to hit restart.
After completing its switching at Rousselot, and waiting for two commuter rail trains, BO-1 makes it way back down to Boston via the ex-Eastern Railroad, ex-B&M, now MBTA Commuter Rail Eastern Route. It’s seen here passing Castle Hill interlocking westbound.
