No63601 passes under the road bridge as she departs Loughborough Central.

This caught my eye whilst I was taking a butterfly shot in Hayling Island , not sure what it is. It appears it is an iris seed head.

A bed of Bulrushes burst open to release thier seeds in the Watermeadow at Hampton Wood. A Warwickshire Wildlife Nature reserve at Fulbrook Nr Warwick UK

Balloons may burst but there is always something solid behind. Photo taken at Buckingham Palace London. #BelindasArtography

Found this in my archive folders so thought I would post it as I haven't many new photos just now.

Buckhurst hill Essex England

I was photographing a tiny cluster of monarchs when all of a sudden it burst apart and I was able to capture some of them before they flew away. Wonder what makes them burst suddenly---perhaps someone can tell me??

This is the last of my Autumn colored leaves series. My focus was on Japanese Maple (Momiji) leaves with light play in the image. Basically, I was looking for back lit situations, clean backgrounds, and bokeh. I chose the title Maple Burst for this image because of the bokeh balls on the left side of the frame. Hope you enjoyed the series!

Thank you for stopping by and have a great day~!

Gilbert K. Chesterton

When you finally opened up

All those secret hidden things

rushed out in a metaphysical traffic jam

joining the rest of the world

Yet you were so beautiful

no one noticed how you and they

were forever changed

into a whole new entity

My tree peony was covered in fat, pink buds, but while we were gone they bloomed, blossomed and died. Huge plant and so pretty, in my garden in North Dakota.

Shards of light caught in the rapid evaporating morning mist

33:52 Nature up close - this one is macro. You can get down low and shoot what you see from the ground, or any flower, weed, leaf, water or tree. Just not manmade.

The Salt Cellar

On the beautiful peaks of Derwent. An amazing end at sunset with just a 2 minute burst of light across the landscape capturing the heather in transition from Summer to Autumn.

Whalley, Lancashire

One of my last-year's poppy shooting.

This flower is photogenic at any point in their developmental stage. My favourite flower! 😃
