V36 123 approaches Ebermannstadt with an autumn afternoon train from Behringersmuhle, 13th October, 2013.
Fowler (Midland) 0-6-0 43924 approaches Oxenhope Station on the Keighley & Worth Valley line in Yorkshire. This was the first engine to be rescued from Barry Scrapyard in 1968 and is now in regular service on the railway.

View of Mission Valley with downtown San Diego in the distance. The major interchange visible is the I-8/I-805 interchange. Normal Heights is just aft of the inboard flap track fairing.
N467 approaches Wandong with 8333 Shepparton passenger. Due to a shortage of carriages, many regional services are operating as three car trains, requiring buses to supplement train services. V/Line has also sensibly restricted the carriage of "local" passengers on these services to ensure more seats are available for those passengers travelling further.
Workers place Geofoam blocks at the site of the north approach to the southbound SR 99 roadway bridge. The approach is where a highway transitions from ground level to a bridge. The Geofoam is a fill material that will support the roadway pavement. Learn more about construction underway to replace the south end of the Alaskan Way Viaduct.
i spent saturday morning on a plane going to virginia...
this was with the iphone so that explains all the grain. i don't know why i didn't get out my actual camera...but anyways, i know this shot is nothing new creatively but i was totally loving the blue.
