Greylag Goose,
Order - Anseriformes, Family - Anatidae, Species, - Anser anser,
Of all grey geese, the Grey lag ( the direct ancestor of the domestic goose ) most resembles the farmyard goose.
It is also the most easily seen grey goose in the UK because it has been introduced in many lowland areas where sizeable flocks are now semi-tame and resident all year round.
Winter visitors are still wild and shy.
In much of eastern and central Europe, the Greylag is naturally resident in extensive marshes,
Voice, - Loud, clattering, and honking notes like farmyard bird, ahng-ahng-ahng,kang-ank,
Nesting, - Sparsely lined ground nest, often on island; 4 - 6 eggs; 1 brood; May - June.

I was actually in the New Forest photgraphing some Birds of Prey but I became somewhat distracted by the lovely Canada Geese Goslings. Judging by the fact that they couldn't stand up in the breeze very well and the state of their coats I would say they were extremely young.
Ambos sexos tienen espejuelos azul-morado.

The mallard (Anas platyrhynchos) is a large wading bird of the family #Anatidae #Anseriformes. It is a common duck and widespread surface. It inhabits warm temperate areas of North America, Europe and Asia. Also frequents Central America and the Caribbean. Probably the best known of all ducks.
The male has bluish green head, yellow beak, brown or chestnut breast, white necklace, gray body and black stern. The female is duller colors in dark brown, other ducks (especially the Gadwall), but its larger size, the color orange and dark blue beak and white speculum and looks are characteristic. Both sexes have blue-purple glasses.
Moulting feathers
Eclipse plummage is temporary or transition plummage.
Ducks are peculiar in that they moult all their flight feathers; the long, wing feathers; at once. For about a month, they can't fly and very vulnerable to predators.
To provide some protection, particularly for the brightly-coloured males, the moult starts with their bright body feathers. These are replaced by dowdy brown ones, making them look much like females.
This eclipse plumage is why in mid-summer, it seems as though all the drakes have gone.
Once the flight feathers have regrown, the birds moult again, and by October the full colours are back and the various species of ducks are easily recognisable once more.

Pato mandarín
(Aix galericulata)
Descripción y Clasificación
Orden Anseriformes; familia Anatidae
Longitud 41-49 cm. Envergadura 68-74 cm.
According to Cornell Lab, about 4,7 billion birds migrate from US to the tropics on their boreal migrations. This Blue-winged Teal is part of that huge group of visitors that started to arrive this month. Hey Friends, you are allways welcome to this abundant lands.

The Red-breasted Merganser (Mergus serrator) is a diving duck.
Its breeding habitat is freshwater lakes and rivers across northern North America, Greenland, Europe and Asia. It nests in sheltered locations on the ground near water. It is migratory and many northern breeders winter in coastal waters further south.
The adult Red-breasted Merganser is 52–58 cm long with a 67–82 cm wingspan. It has a spiky crest and long thin red bill with serrated edges. Adult males have a dark head with a green sheen, a white neck with a rusty breast, a black back and white underparts. Adult females have a rusty head and a greyish body. Juveniles are like the female, but lack the white collar and have a smaller white wing patch.
The call of the female is a rasping prrak prrak, and the male gives a feeble hiccup-and-sneeze display call.
Red-breasted Mergansers dive and swim underwater. They mainly eat small fish, but also aquatic insects, crustaceans and frogs.
The Red-breasted Merganser is one of the species to which the Agreement on the Conservation of African-Eurasian Migratory Waterbirds (AEWA) applies.
It has been claimed to be the fastest bird in level flight, reaching speeds of 129 km/h (80 mph), but is disputed whether the White-throated Needletail is faster, reportedly flying at 170 km/h (105 mph).
