Wish I had a gorgeous SLR and a tripod so I could capture this properly, but it didn't come out too shabbily for my poor ol' camera (just 'shopped it a bit to make it clearer!)

Getting the transparency exactly underneath where the screen will print this layer ensures decent registration (there are variables, like the tiny paper shifting slightly underneath while you drag the squeegee across it).

Former Pacific Hwy alignment through Murwillumbah bypassed with the opening of the Chinderah - Yelgun deviation in 2002.
The NSW Main Roads Department had to build this "cow bridge" when a short deviation was made through this cutting back in the 1950s or 60s, as the new road bisected a dairy farmers access. It looks like it is still used to herd the cows to and fro.
The Ibis gets the crab in the proper orientation for swallowing. Good luck...
I'm vacationing on the Outer Banks of North Carolina and I got up at 4:30AM and hit the Pea Island Nature Reserve by dawn. There was literally no one out there but myself and it was awesome.

Today's archaeological site lies 3 km south of the Selçuk district of İzmir Province, Turkey. The ruins of Ephesus are favorite international and local tourist attractions, partly owing to their easy accessibility from Adnan Menderes Airport and via the port of Kuşadası.

Ok, simple things amuse simple minds, etc. I found it funny when the 'o' in the filename of some random file on my desktop and whatever collection of open apps caused the f-spot icon in awn to come into perfect alignment

We found one of these cairns, then we found more and more in rows. Are they ancient? Probably. Do we have an idea about their purpose? Have they been surveyed by archaeologists in the past? Were they surveyed as part of the environmental review for this project? We don't know. Are they significant? We're pretty sure they are.
