I found a 24 x 18" plate on CL for nearly free and it's going to make a great little fork alignment plate. Have to rearrange the shop a bit to fit it in though.

I'm not sure this is completely straight on from the front, but I'm still noticing some nagging symmetry issues.

The consensus sequence derived from the alignment is underlined and invariant residues are indicated as * in the consensus. The bold, underscored amino acids represent an AP2 domain from amino acids 58 (Y) to 114 (P) including the YRG and RAYD elements. B. A phylogenetic tree relating JnRAP2-like protein to similar proteins produced using the software COBALT[42] (Papadopoulos and Agarwala, 2007).

This part of the California Coast has become my favorite go to spot.
I can camp in one of the most amazing locations in complete safety and peace.
There is one thing about this beach, you must look at the tides. These geological wonderments can easily be missed on a high tide.
For the photographer types you have to have all aspects in alignment low tide at sunset, low tide at sunrise. Then there is the concept of to low on the balls, if the tide is real low and is on it way out it may become to light or to dark before they are back in the water and the water around them is what gives them a kind of surreal look that along with the obvious slow shutter speed.

The Carnac alignments were constructed in the Neolithic era, between the 5th and 3rd centuries BC. This area, 1 of 9 sections here, has 1050 stones.
The trouble with holding the air passage block in place with a side mounted secscrew is the side load it puts on the air block and the attached fipple support setscrew messes with the alignment of the fipple, making the air passage uneven. Only solution I can think of is to add a second setscrew on the opposite side. More work, blah.
Quite a lot of thread sticking out? This was after I set the wheel parallel with the rear. I hope there is enough thread inside the track rod end?
After welding the 12 threaded holes I put the adapter back in the lathe and turned the welds flush with the bottom face so it would sit flat on the manifold. Using two long setscrews and a square I made sure that the holes were 'square' with the old hole locations so that the fan motor adapter wouldn't fasten on crooked. I tack welded the adapter in 2 places, then 4 and finally 8, then I began filling in the crescents to connect the dots, switching from one side to the other to minimize warpage.
