Picked up a used 6" reflector telescope that needs alignment often. Came with a laser "eyepiece" and instructions.
Okay... this is what happens when your alignment gets knocked WAY off by serious alligator curbing, and you're hell bent on finishing the race. 5 out of 7 layers are gone, and this is the tire DEFLATED
This is from early morning 8/12/12. You can see Jupiter at 1:00 to the bright moon and Venus just coming over the tree tops in alignment with the moon and Jupiter. To top it off a Perseid meteor shows up. After that I went and got back under the sheets.

Main 3 was temporarily moved a few inches southward to accommodate the retaining walls being driven into the ground at the location of the future underpass. This required the platform to be cut back a couple inches so that trains didn't scrape the concrete.

If they aren't lined up here at the top, they can swing in and break the glass.
Usually, they are lined up at the bottom also, but I have several windows with AC window units, so I had to come up with a way to make them short.

The many images highlight what can't be seen behind the one face we stare at every day, and I learned that it is only with the time given to each face that has enabled me to see what is invisible to the eye ;-)
In the above image I used energy=colour and divided with what is created by the four faces within time = blue X = 60
780 divided 60 = 13; each alignment from middle to corner = 13 when follow the solstice equinox cycle
