Following the 50% majority rule, identical amino acids are shaded in black, and similar amino acids are shaded in gray in column consensus residues. (B) The phylogenetic relationship of the insect CCAP receptors was generated using the Maximum Likelihood method based on the Jones et al. (1992) with frequency model [45]. The numbers at the nodes represent percentage support in 1500 bootstrap replicates. All positions containing gaps and missing data were eliminated. This phylogenetic tree is drawn to scale and the branch lengths are measured in the number of substitutions per site.

The interior stud detail piece needs to be aligned with the wall panel piece, so I place the wall panel against my "alignment block" and use that flat surface to line up the wall stud piece.

I singled out the abrupt change in colour as a target for my artistic endeavors. I thought it neat how the warm, orange glow reflecting from the clouds, and the cool blue/green was divided so clearly in both sky and water.
After sprinting up and down the beach with my camera and tripod, looking like a seagull on speed, the waves stole the show, by lining up perfectly on the colour line. I didn't photoshop this, but I didn't plan it either. It just happened.
I got Rolfed for the first time today and it felt great. I’ve seen some things saying it has a reputation for being painful or aggressive but it wasn’t at all for me, at least in this session. Just like a massage. I actually felt lighter afterward and I really liked my Rolfer a lot (and her very pleasant office — and adamant mask policy). I apparently have pretty good structure and alignment already which was nice to hear (especially for the areas I’ve been working on for the past year and a half or so)! The planetary alignment on december 29th. mercury on the bottom, then jupiter, the moon and venus on top.
The building in the middle of this shot took a long time to resolve itself, with the curved tapered tower intersecting the arched nave with recessed stained glass.
The perspective is still not quite right, making me think that I should add a completely different abstract overlay to the entire painting, partly to hide my perspective mistakes, but also to get away from the photorealism of it and more into the feel of what such a city could be, and maybe expose the underlying geometries and alignments more.
