Sometimes we need to create the inspiration we feel we may be missing in our lives.
[To capture the letters, I placed them on a piece of clear plexiglass and set that on top of two TV trays, set apart. I had to lay on the floor on my back and point the camera up through the plexi toward the ceiling. The light in the upper left was added in post.]
C-FOHI, a Cessna 185A Skywagon, climbing out from runway 26 at Stanhope Municipal Airport in Algonquin Highlands, Ontario.
Serial number 185-0406 began its career in 1962 as CF-OHI with Sanderson Acfield Aircraft Limited at Malton, Ontario.
First ever international plane flight provided some photo ops I've never had before.

The impressive St Paul's Cathedral, inspired by St Peter's Basilica in Rome. It rises 365 feet (108 m) to the cross at its summit, making it a famous London landmark.

I was checking out some mushrooms on a fence post on the driveway when this dungfly came to check them out too.
the idea to add something to this photo came from a follower here on Flickr. It got me thinking and I came up with this.
The staircase up the tower at Santa Catalina church in Valencia. I think this is my ever, due to the minimalism and clean lines.

Just before I was about to go out and shoot, it started to rain, so I just threw my feet out of the window. These shoes are almost a family relic, my aunt wore them at her wedding. She gave them to me and I've never worn them outside.
