The apple.com website was relaunched with a new, "Leopard"-inspired design with shades of black and grey, a big change from the old design, which had been around since about 2001. Apple.ca still has the old look.

The Annapolis Apple Store finally received a shipment of their new keyboards.
The low-profile keys have a nice, smooth feel and I like how it's really slim, which makes typing much easier.
こっち来て、鍵が劇的に増えたから、Apple 本社にある Apple Store (The Company Store) で、キーホルダーを買ってきた。
いかにも Apple なデザインで気にいった。
ガチャピン汚れすぎ。
Here's a sneak peek at my parcel - the green apple is a foam stamp. I was all set with just red and green when my daughter said "but there's yellow apples too" so she helped me pick out a few little yellow items to add. I love how they turned out!! I hope the recipients love them too:)
Ginger Ice Cream ($14)
Essentially a pastry capped tartlette, I really liked the fact that the apples were melon-balled to the same size as the fresh and tender raspberries. The contrast of the short, crisp crust to the softer, tender and juicy fruit was refreshing, and besides being much prettier than a wedge shaped slice of pie, there was also structural integrity in the final dessert construction. Satisfying and lovely with a nice hot cup of tea.
I punched holes in over ripe apples and hung them on the bird feeder. Except for scaring the squirrels, nothing else was interested in them. Bummer. Sept. 2013.
Legend has it that after Michaelmas you shouldn't pick blackberries anymore so we're enjoying the last fresh blackberries of the season *grin*. Blogged here.
