Its late afternoon, dinner is simmering and Joshua is tearing up the house. Daddy is trying to get the table ready and Mia and I are having a mushy moment on the couch. She was having a grand old time kicking away here on my tummy. She is getting so active these days, where on earth is the time going? I tell you, this one adorable little girl is one FANTASTIC time waster.
Today was the first day of Jeakins' new Number 9 services, which replaces Peterbus route 3.
In this unfortunately crap photo where the LEDs didn't even show up, J888 JKN, ex-Southern Vectis R615 NFX, leaves St Peter's on its way to Englefield Green.
The bus looks great and this photo doesn't do it justice. Jeakins deserve to do well with the effort they've put in, and the bus has a real presence about it, so good luck to them. Only time will tell whether it works though.

Can't tell which it from this angle, and some late Phase 1 9s did get the 11-style grille and headlights.
Streetview shows more in the way of old tractors at this place, but I glimpsed a couple of cars. Could have been worth further investigation, but sadly I didn't have time...

another round of stalking the backstage entrance at the tents in bryant park. caught some shots of bette midler and jane krakowski, but tracee ellis ross actually stopped and posed for the crowd. i managed to get a pretty prime location until the tall people started crowding in more and more.
