Day two of 'the number 9'.
Suitably irritated about how badly the first day photo went, I returned to St Peter's to try and get a better shot. Although the sun brings out the best of the Solo's livery, it was at least bright enough to get a good photo.

the boy stayed home sick. ish. i liked having him around. we rearranged his room tonight and that's hard for all of us who like things the way they are. i am trusting that what's coming is better than what was. in so many ways.

January 9 2016-Lines and decay. I am such a sucker for good lines, old decaying buildings, stairs, and interesting doors. I saw this on my way home today and I made sure that I went and took a quick capture of it. Nothing too profound today, it was a relaxing day. Pedicure and lunch with my friend Lauren, a glorious nap, and a trip to the ICU to visit my Grandpa. My Grandfather was doing better today, he was off the ventilator and he was talking. He was able to have some applesauce for the first time, never have a seen such a contented smile over applesauce. You would have thought it was gold lol. Josh and I spent a couple hours at the hospital and then went out to dinner. I hopped on the tread mill to get my steps.....sheesh when I put it all down my relaxing day was quite busy.

A vehicle type I'm not too familiar with is the Optare Spectra. What's intersting to me about this design, is there are low and high floor examples, yet from a distance.... They look the same!! Ex Reading Buses 724 is now with Norfolk Green in the new livery, having just been repainted out of an allover black advert for an extreme sports and culture festival in the area. It's looking very swish and young for a ten year old decker!!
