Today I had the apartment to myself, which doesn't happen very often. I decided to take the opportunity to blast music, sing my guts out and paint. I have been feeling like painting for days, but I have had little inspiration-then today out of no where I banged out 3 small paintings. Some days are better than others, which is why I keep pushing myself to be creative in SOME way every single day.

Theme: Favorite Book
This week the theme is to take a photo that connects or references a favorite book.
We rode bikes along the Delaware Canal on Saturday. This train car is rusting away on an abandoned rail line in woods that are growing up around it, along the canal. Made me think of Agatha Christie's Murder on the Orient Express.
Unplanned, natural, raw beauty.
Nature has a way of putting on a pretty impressive show, even when the day starts out bleak.

I've been wanting a pair of moccassin boots for a while now. I was scouring the internet for a cheap pair but I couldn't find anything under 50. I ended up getting a pair from Nordstrom with a gift card I had. I'm in love with them!
Mimia: "Exemplo...??"
Pra El..."
Kimberly: "NÃO-FALA-ESSE-NOME!!"
Mimia: "Pra... 'ela', então!!"
Kimberly: "Hunf... Já vai chegar arrumando encrenca!!"
