I'm an auntie to many children and this is my newest nephew...just 12 hours old and meeting him was, for me, definitely love at first sight.

The SMG-39 is a .45 ACP AK style submachine gun. It comes with a recoil compensator in the stock and can be easily converted to fire 7.62x39mm cartridges out of a standard AK-47 magazine.

Wanted to do something else than the typical textures pic of rocks/wood/leaves I did before; ended up with this old stairway house in a small railway station between Brussels and Mechelen.

Cruisin' Back to the 50's - Downtown Culver City

It's hard to imagine, but this poor belly had almost 3 more weeks to go before they went in after the child cozied up in the womb.

The Aero L-39 Albatros is a high-performance jet trainer aircraft developed in Czechoslovakia to meet requirements for a "C-39" (C for cvičný – trainer) during the 1960s to replace the L-29 Delfín as the main training aircraft.[2] It was the first of the second-generation jet trainers, and the first turbofan-powered trainer produced, and was later updated as the L-59 Super Albatros and as the L-139 (prototype L-39 with Garrett TFE731 engine).

A further development of the design, the L-159 ALCA, began production in 1997. To date, more than 2,800 L-39s have served with over 30 air forces around the world. The Albatros is the most widely used jet trainer in the world; in addition to performing basic and advanced pilot training, it has also flown combat missions in a light-attack role. Atypically, it has never received a NATO reporting name.

RJFC Sticker #39 was completed 6/29/2013 using trash found on the streets of Brussels. I made it while sitting at Le Pain Quotidien in the Galerie de la Reine in Brussels.

I left it the same day on a Taxi Parking sign in Brussels near Rue du Marché aux Herbes.

See where it was left below.

USING TRASH OFF THE STREETS TO MAKE ART ON THE STREETS.

I use only trash and found items to collage these handmade, signed & numbered stickers. They are made to compliment my larger works which in which I use trashy paperback book covers, record & magazine covers, CDs, posters, postcards and other mass-produced media as a base for my hand-cut & paste collages, which I usually leave out on the streets for anyone to enjoy (or destroy.)
