Sedgley won the game and finished the season in 9th place. Nuneaton finished 15/16 and were relegated, alongside Manchester.
I felt nice to be outside in the rain today -- it was actually a relief. It has been hot and sticky for the past few weeks with no breaks. No central air means less comfort, although I love the heat! Warm rain is nice though :)
Pier 39 in San Francisco
i would visit my relatives in california every other year
or sometimes every 3 or 4 years
but i remember this pier from the trips i took when i was much younger
a bit farther down the pier there are normally hundreds of seals sleeping and resting on large wooden planks on the water
it's incredible how many there are
they come and stay for months every year and trying to dock boats has been banned while they are there
39/365: taken through a car window. while behind the wheel. at a stoplight. i've been wanting to photograph this place for awhile but i'm in a weird self-conscious photography rut. I've had people get angry at me, thinking i'm taking photos of them. so now i'm paranoid about photographing if there are people around. but evidently not if i'm in my car. haha, quick getaway.

Preserved Darwen Corporation East lancs bodied Leyland Titan PD2 39, JTF 217 F is pcitured at a bus rally on Blackpool promenade. This bus passed with the Darwen operations to Blackburn Corporation in 1974 in which fleet it was numbered 139.
The Grade II Listed 39 Lord Street. Bob Batty's fruit & Veg shop for as long as I can remember. In the late 60s and 70s he also did a sideline in Airfix model kits, and when I was a youngster a fair proportion of my pocket money always ended up getting spent here.

Lacey loves to play with the ball and is very good at bringing it back, she is also good at finding it, especially when Bailey goes off into the bush and drops it she will sniff it out and bring it back, much to Bailey's delight!!
39/365 Secret Door
As I was editing this picture, I thought about the movie Inception. If you haven't seen it, you most certainly should. Anyway, the movie is about a world where technology exists to enter the human mind through dream invasion. A highly skilled thief is given a final chance at redemption which involves executing his toughest job to date: Inception.
There is a part in the movie where Cobb (Leonardo DiCaprio) explains that often times in dreams people place there secrets behind locked doors so that dream invaders cannot reach them. I say all this to say that when I look at this picture it reminds me of those places in our mind where we keep our deepest secrets. Our secret door.
