I took a flight in the Collings Foundation B-24 Liberator bomber at Worcester airport (ORH). It was awesome! Of course I was not at the controls, it was only a ride, but an amazing ride as we got to wander all through the aircraft.
Chicago Aurora & Elgin Railroad Niles built 24 at the Laramie Yards in Chicago, Illinois, unknown date and photographer, scanned from a 2¾X4½ print, Chuck Zeiler collection. Number 24 was built by the Niles Car and Manufacturing Company in 1902. I ballparked the date around 1940 based on notes in CERA Bulletin 105 which indicate that the arched windows were blocked off during July 1943. This car was equipped with four GE66B traction motors, Baldwin trucks, two GE C6 controllers, seating for 52 passengers, and was retired in 1959.

Brainstorming [24/365] - "No idea is so outlandish that it should not be considered with a searching but at the same time steady eye" Winston Churchill
Sometimes I can come up with ideas and the image in my mind becomes my final image. Sometimes I have no idea what it will look like in the end. I will look through several skies, landscapes, textures and build as I go.
I have ideas that may sound good at the time so I write it down. But when it comes to reading it again, it may not sound as good. It's all part of being an artist. Just letting your mind flow. Thinking of any ideas whether it be good ones or bad ones...
There are meant to be many awkward, in-between faces in this series. I've been going mostly easy on myself...
This year is meant to be seen as a whole.
