I am in the process of shooting a series of 24 portraits of people who are straight edge and combining them all into one series and i took these to get my self motivated to start and look for my 24 subjects.
For those of you who do not know what straight edge is feel free to watch this documentary that i made a few years back.

Just one week on Teneriffa, Spain, Canary Islands, Europe with my Fujifilm GFX 100II,GF 45-100 & GF 20-35...
These are my impressions from the island, from the forests (Eukalyptus, Lorbeer, Kanarische Kiefer) and from the mountain Teide.
The Mi-24 HIND VP helicopter gunship sports twin 23mm guns in the nose rather than the single gun of the HIND D & E.
Discarded furniture at the abandoned prison.
The complex was surprisingly clean, at least the exterior (we didn't go inside the buildings other then to peep through doorways), and these three pictures of discarded furniture were about all the debris we found (other then random coils of barbed wire taken down from the fences).

A área das Cataratas do Iguaçu é um conjunto de cerca de 275 quedas de água no Rio Iguaçu ,localizada entre o Parque Nacional do Iguaçu, Paraná, no Brasil 20%, e o Parque Nacional Iguazú em Misiones, na Argentina 80%, fronteira entre os dois países. A área total de ambos os parques nacionais, correspondem a 250 mil hectares de floresta subtropical e é considerada Patrimônio Natural da Humanidade.
Os parques tanto brasileiro como argentino passaram a ser considerados Patrimônio da Humanidade em 1984 e 1986, respectivamente. Desde 2002 o Parque Nacional do Iguaçu é um dos sítios geológicos brasileiros .
伊瓜苏——“Iguaçu”，当地的瓜拉尼语意为“好大的水”，位于巴西巴拉那州和阿根廷边界上的伊瓜苏河，从巴西高原辉绿岩悬崖上落入巴拉那峡谷形成的瀑布。现为世界自然遗产的一部分。是仅次于美加尼亚加拉瀑布和东非维多利亚瀑布的世界第三大瀑布。
伊瓜苏瀑布实为一组瀑布群，由275股大小瀑布或急流组成，总宽度4公里，比尼亚加拉瀑布宽4倍，落差由平均60米至最高82米。
年均流量1,750立方米/秒，雨季时瀑布最大流量为12,750立方米/秒，这些大小飞瀑汇合成一个马蹄形大瀑布。
伊瓜苏瀑布与众不同之处在于观赏点多。从不同地点、不同方向、不同高度，看到的景象截然不同。瀑布两侧，阿根廷与巴西就以此峡谷为界，其中80％的瀑布区都在阿根廷境内，但是，只有从巴西境内观看对面阿根廷的瀑布才能尽收眼底。有诗为证：“不识伊瓜真面目，只缘身在此水中”。
峡谷顶部是瀑布的中心，水流最大最猛，被称为“魔鬼的咽喉”。但还是有勇敢的冒险者坐上冲锋艇向它发起挑战，结果总是变成落汤鸡而归。
遗憾的是，我们是在5℃的寒潮和凄雨中光临这个亚热带雨林，冻雨纷飞。阳光努力了多次也无法透过浓厚的云层来抹出彩虹。没有金刚鹦鹉、没有犀鸟、没有海伦娜蓝闪蝶……只有几只果子狸来回穿梭于脚下。

Las cataratas del Iguazú se localizan sobre el río Iguazú, en el límite entre la provincia argentina de Misiones y el estado brasileño de Paraná. Fueron elegidas como una de las «Siete maravillas naturales del mundo».

Iguazu Falls are waterfalls of the Iguazu River on the border of the Brazilian state of Paraná and the Argentine province of Misiones. The Iguazu River forms the boundary between Argentina and Brazil.
The name "Iguazu" comes from the Guarani or Tupi words "y" [ɨ], meaning "water", and "ûasú "[waˈsu], meaning "big".
The Iguazu Falls are arranged in a way that seems like a reverse letter "J". The border between Brazil and Argentina runs through the Devil's Throat. On the right bank is the Brazilian territory, which has just over 20% of the jumps of these falls, and the left side jumps are Argentine, which make up almost 80% of the falls.
But in Brazil , Argentina look even more spectacular waterfall before.

With the flooding of the Guaíra Falls in 1982, Iguazu currently has the second-greatest average annual flow of any waterfall in the world, after Niagara, with an average rate of 1,746 m3/s (61,660 cu ft/s). Its maximum recorded flow was 12,800 m3/s (452,000 cu ft/s).
Upon seeing Iguazu, the United States' First Lady Eleanor Roosevelt reportedly exclaimed "Poor Niagara!"
On November 11 of 2011, Iguazu Falls was announced as one of the seven winners of the New Seven Wonders of Nature by the New Seven Wonders of the World Foundation.

I met Helen together with Maren(#23). I really liked her haircolor. And her eyes really stand out against that color!
I really like the shot, but I could have composed her with the background a little bit better.
