This really stuck out to me while listening to scriptures as I put the kids to sleep. How often do we feel that we do not get answers to our prayers? Verse 3 is very interesting: "Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts." Are we first aligning our wills to the will of the Father before asking, if not we are asking amiss to consume it upon our lusts.
