luca_travels: @laurenmcmanus12 pretty well actually! Though my crust was nearly under 1cm, I'd probably thin it a bit more for added crunchiness.

laurenmcmanus12: I just bought some cauliflower so I'm going to try it. Have you tried the cauliflower fried "rice"? You process the cauliflower until it looks like rice and use that instead.

 

luca_travels: @laurenmcmanus12 no but I definitely am going to. It makes for a nice substitute!
