gallon of prickly pear kombucha...

1 gallon of prickly pear kombucha racked into plastic for carbonation. Next batch started. I use a mint hibiscus base for the tea. My kombuchas are super dry not too much vinegar. I have been fermenting recent batches at 75F using the YATC5 temp controller and a crock pot water bath.
